János Almádi

CEO – Cybershield Consulting Hungary 

He is a certified cybersecurity expert, economist, and holds numerous auditor qualifications. He started his career investigating economic crimes, then continued in a similar field at the Hungarian National Bureau of Investigation, simultaneously completing several international criminal investigator trainings, including the FBI Academy. In 2016, he moved to the private sector as a security manager. Based on the knowledge and experience gained, in 2022 with the founding of Cybershield Consulting Hungary, he decided to help companies from micro and SME sector and individuals who are looking for support in the field of cybersecurity, general security or data protection.

Vivien Lehoczki-Gulyás

Data Protection and Cybersecurity Consultant, Lead Auditor for ISO27001 and ISO27701 – Cybershield Consulting Hungary 

As a Data Protection and Cybersecurity Consultant, I help businesses not only comply with regulatory requirements, but also build meaningful resilience against the evolving threats of the digital landscape. In today’s environment, the question is no longer whether a system will be attacked, but when it will be attacked and how prepared we are to respond in a timely manner. Since most incidents derive not from technical failures but from regulatory gaps or human errors, my work focuses on strengthening organizations precisely where they are most vulnerable.

My primary objective is to enhance both data protection awareness and organizational resilience by establishing a process-driven environment capable of effectively preventing, managing, and rapidly recovering from incidents. This process begins with the design, audit, and implementation of comprehensive and immaculate regulatory and compliance frameworks, and is reinforced through targeted employee training and organization-wide awareness-enhancing initiatives embedded into everyday operations.

Linda Veronika Szoke

Office Manager, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor – Cybershield Consulting Hungary 

With nearly 14 years of experience in large corporate environments, a degree in Economics,
and an ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor certificate, she provides invaluable support to our clients
in information security and compliance-related projects. She actively participates in ISO/IEC
27001 and NIS2 audit preparations, and contributes to the development of organizational
processes. In addition to overseeing the company’s day-to-day administrative and
coordination activities, she also excels in project management.
While her background in economics provides her with a strong systems-oriented perspective,
she is equally comfortable in people-focused roles, where her qualifications as a life coach
prove particularly valuable. By balancing strict policies with human considerations, she
strives to create an environment in which operational excellence and employee well-being go
hand in hand.

Tamás Pável

Senior Security Expert – Cybershield Consulting Hungary 

A Certified Information Security Manager, Operations Engineer, NIS2 Audit Lead, and ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor. He began his professional career with the Hungarian Defense Forces before transitioning to law enforcement, where he conducted and led investigations into violent and property crimes within the Hungarian Police. He later continued his work in a similar capacity at the INTERPOL National Central Bureau in Budapest.

Throughout his career, he participated in multiple international police peacekeeping missions, with deployments to Mozambique, Western Sahara, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Kosovo further strengthening his expertise in organizing police operations, obtaining unique skills in security management and international law enforcement leadership. He subsequently spent nearly a decade in the field of National Security as Senior Intelligence Officer.

Following his departure from the law enforcement and national security sector in 2008, he founded his own company, specializing in banking and insurance security, as well as loss prevention and fraud investigation services. As a key partner at Cybershield Hungary Kft., he continues to play an active role in cybersecurity, fraud investigation, and physical security projects. Drawing on his extensive experience, he also supports clients in making informed and effective strategic decisions.

Balázs Agárdy

Cybersecurity Consultant – Cybershield Consulting Hungary 

Cybersecurity consultant, auditor and compliance expert. He commenced his career in London then returned back to Hungary to continue his professional development at Big Four consulting firms. He has extensive experience leading and delivering IT audits, data protection assessments, cybersecurity risk assessments and IT compliance reviews.

Drawing on his work with major Hungarian enterprises, multinational corporations, and smaller organizations alike, he applies a broad range of expertise to help clients enhance their cybersecurity resilience and meet evolving regulatory requirements.
